FBLA Kicks Off the 2011 Year

The Johnson County FBLA chapter held their first meeting of the year on September 1, 2011. There were 49 members present. At the meeting, members interested in becoming officers completed officer applications and new business was discussed. New business includes: upcoming fundraisers (Club’s Choice food sales) and community service (Trick or Treating for the food pantry on Halloween).

Sept. 28, 2011- Fall Leadership Conference (officers only) in Omaha
Nov. 17, 2011- American Business Competition at UNL
Feb. TBA, 2012 - SCC-Beatrice Business Competition
Feb. 15, 2012 - Peru Business Competition
Feb. 21, 2012 – Path to Success Conference (UNL)
Mar. 29-31, 2012- State Leadership Conference in Omaha
June 29-July 2, 2012- National Leadership Conference in San Antonio, TX
