2018 MUDECAS Basketball Tournament

The brackets have been released for the 2018 MUDECAS Basketball Tournament held in Beatrice, Nebraska. This year's tournament will run Monday-Saturday, January 8th-13th, 2018, with games again being played at SCC and the Beatrice City Auditorium.

UPDATE #4: We have attempted to post the full revised bracket due to the weather postponing games. All outdated details have now been struckthrough like this.

In the Girls Bracket, Johnson County Central has received the 5th seed in the B Division. The JCC Girls will face Pawnee City (4th-seed) in the B Division bracket at 8:00 p.m. at SCC on Monday, January 8th, 2018. 

UPDATE #1a: The JCC Girls Basketball Team was defeated by Pawnee City, 34-24. The Thunderbirds will now face Parkview Christian in the consolation bracket on Saturday, Jan. 13th at 4:30 p.m. at SCC.

In the Boys Bracket, Johnson County Central has received the 5th seed in the B Division. The JCC Boys will face HTRS (4th-seed) in the B Division bracket at 8:00 p.m. at SCC on Tuesday, January 9th, 2018. The JCC vs HTRS game can be heard live on KUTT (99.5 FM) radio (per link).

UPDATE #2b: The JCC Boys Basketball Team defeated HTRS, 46-35 in the first round. JCC will now face the B Division #1-seed Exeter-Milligan at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, January 12th at SCC.
