School Census
Every year, Johnson County Central Public Schools is required to conduct a school census.
We are making every effort to complete an accurate census, and your help would be appreciated.
This information is used to determine State and Federal funding and for long-term planning.
Please complete the Google Form below for every child living in your household from birth to age 18. If you have more than one child in the household, please complete this form for each child you have living in the household.
