Johnson County Central Public Schools is seeking proposals for support and management licensing for eighty-four (84) access points. Proposed support and management licensing must be compatible with Meraki MR42 and Meraki 86 access points.
Proposals are due in either hardcopy or in electronic form (PDF format) on or before Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 3:00 pm CST.
Questions:
Q1 – "A 2-year license for Meraki doesn’t exist. The options are 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 years. Based on your preference I can quote 1 and 3 years so you can see the prices and decide?"
A1 – We have updated our RFP to include two different options regarding the term of the license; this includes both a 1-year license and a 3-year license. Refer to the Erate Productivity Center (EPC) for an updated RFP and Appendix A documentation.
