Music Notes - Fall 2015

The music department is in full swing towards our winter concerts that are to be held in December. Right now, the middle school and 5th grade are working hard getting ready for the Christmas concert.
At the high school, the music department is doing something a little different. This year, we are putting on a madrigal dinner as a fundraiser. Both the band and choir will perform various pieces, and possibly including a few small group and solo performances. Most of the music for the evening will be from the Renaissance era and will feature traditional clothing and food. The flutes are even learning to play the recorder for the evening. We would love to see you there!
