Senior End of Year Information

Senior Parents:
This is a short note to give you some very important information about the end of the school year for our seniors. I have tried to list everything up-to-date for you. If you have any questions or concerns see me as soon as possible.
- Wednesday, April 20, 2016 – at 8:30 a.m. in the cafeteria I will meet with the seniors to handout senior check-out sheets, the seniors will have the remaining two weeks to complete their check-out sheet, which is plenty of time.
- Friday, April 29, 2016 – the last day for seniors (this will be a regular full day of school). Exams or unit tests must be done before this date.
- Monday, May 2, 2016 – seniors can start to officially check-out. Mr. Lester will check lockers and collect check-out sheets. This needs to be done before graduation rehearsal.
- Monday, May 2, 2016 – senior grades are due in the computer by 8:00 a.m.
- Monday, May 2, 2016 – I will verify and print senior grades and inform the Salutatorians and Valedictorians of their status.
- Wednesday, May 4, 2016 – seniors will have graduation rehearsal at 10:00 a.m. I will also handout report cards at this time. After rehearsal I will have a senior party/lunch at my house.
